About Me

My photo
Robyn
An Australian with a zest for adventure and a positive look on life. Our lives took an interesting twist in 2008 when my little family moved from Australia to Shanghai in China for four fabulous years. After making wonderful friends and having many incredible adventures we then found ourselves in the green countryside of the United Kingdom for nearly two years, where we had new adventures with lots of history thrown in. An opportunity to move to Frankfurt in Germany was too good to pass up and we headed to mainland Europe for two glorious years, road tripping, soaking up the culture and history surrounding us, from Germany to France, Croatia, Portugal and beyond. Then, just as suddenly as it began, our time as expats was up and we have repatriated home to Perth, Western Australia. Come along on my new journey as I rediscover all the joys of my home country, cope with the trails of repatriation and reminisce about our adventures in China, England, Germany and Europe.
