I seem to have blinked and October has almost gone in a whirlwind of the mundane bits of moving, like packing and sorting and the far more fun of a ten day, 5000 kilometre European road trip!
We returned home on Sunday after a glorious drive,
Well as glorious as a ten hour drive can be, through France and Germany,
watching the colours of autumn flash by.
I took this photo of our forest the day we left, 14 October....
..and this is what we returned to ten days later!
The glorious colours of Autumn have exploded in our forest!

I am going to enjoy every last minute!

ReplyDeleteLovely autumn showing. I should get out and take some shots here as the leaves are fast disappearing from the trees.
The movers won't be here until early January, taking time to reduce what we have. This autumn is spectacular, sure your garden is looking beautiful Marcia!
